功能定位转型视域下职业院校质量评估体系改革探析
Exploration on the Reform of Quality Evaluation System for Vocational Colleges Based on the Transformation of Functional Orientation
摘要
Abstract
Influenced by national policies,economic development and social culture,the functional orientation of vocational colleges has undergone the transformation from a single employment orientation to serving diverse needs,from meeting job requirements to serving industrial development,and from emphasizing competency-based education to serving lifelong development.However,the current evaluation system lags behind the transformation of functional orientation and the adaptation of quality concept,resulting in contradictions between single evaluation system and composite functions,administrative evaluation logic and the integration of industry and education,and utilitarian evaluation philosophy and developmental functions.Therefore,the evaluation system of vocational colleges urgently needs a comprehensive reform,adopting various measures such as optimizing evaluation concepts,reconstructing evaluation systems,expanding evaluation subjects,enriching evaluation connotations,and integrating evaluation methods,so as to facilitate the transformation and development of vocational colleges and ensure the improvement of talents cultivation quality.关键词
