摘要

Abstract

In order to improve occupant thermal comfort and vehicle energy-saving endurance during electric vehicle driving in summer,an optimization study was carried out on the energy-saving refrigeration control method of a certain type of electric vehicle air conditioning.Based on the vehicle test bench,a coupling system between the AMEsim air conditioning and the crew cabin was established,and a control-oriented dynamic characteristic prediction model between the air conditioning and the crew cabin was built.An energy saving model prediction controller(MPC-E)considering thermal comfort was designed combining the coupling relationship between vehicle speed and cooling capacity.Finally,the Matlab control module and AMEsim model were co-simulated.The results showed that the control-oriented prediction model well represented the dynamic characteristics of the system and can be used as the embedded prediction model of the controller.Compared with conventional proportional integral derivative(PID)control,MPC-E limited the air temperature of the air conditioning system evaporator to a more reasonable range,provided an enhanced thermal comfort experience for the crew cabin,and achieved a 12.9%reduction in the total energy consumption of the air conditioning system.
