Enterprise Innovation,Dynamic Capabilities and High-Quality Development of Enterprises:An Empirical Study on Advanced Manufacturing Industry

Abstract
Based on the panel data of listed companies of advanced manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2023,this paper explores how enterprise innovation affects the high-quality development of enterprises and the role of dynamic capabilities in this relationship.The study finds that:Enterprise innovation has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of enterprises;Corporate innovation promotes the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing enterprises by improving three-dimensional dynamic capabilities;From 2011 to 2019,there is a positive partial mediating effect on the three-dimensional dynamic capabilities of enterprises,and the intermediary effect of integration and reset capabilities is the strongest;From 2020 to 2023,the intermediary effect of enterprise integration and reset dynamic capabilities disappeared duo to the shock of the epidemic.In view of this,it is recommended to increase investment in innovation capital,prioritize the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,and strengthen the integration of internal resources within the enterprises.关键词
