Analysis of the etiology,pathogenesis and strategies of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of diabetes mellitus based on the theory of moving heat in Huangdi Neijing

Abstract
"Moving heat"is a key pathogenesis in the occurrence,development,and evolution of diabetes mellitus,originating from the Suwen Qi Jue Lun.Drawing on the academic views of ancient and modern medical practitioners,combined with clinical practice,it is believed that the fundamental pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus is heat damage to qi yin,and"moving heat"is an important link in its onset.The deficiency of qi yin is caused by"moving heat",and its"heat"is different from ordinary heat pathogens.Its characteristic is that it involves zang fu viscera and often combines with tangible pathogens,and is prone to forming toxic pathogens.The study explores the discussion of ancient and modern medical practitioners on"moving heat"and its role in the onset and progression of diabetes mellitus,in order to provide a theoretical basis for treatment based on syndrome differentiation of diabetes mellitus in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
