Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-manchurian wildginger
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that manchurian wildginger mainly has the effects of relieving superficies syndrome and dispelling cold,dispelling wind and relieving pain,unblocking the nasal orifices,and warming lungs for resolving fluid retention.The symptom targets are rheumatic arthralgia,headache,runny nose,and cough and panting.The biochemical indicator target is sinus bradycardia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that manchurian wildginger and its active components have anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antiallergic,respiratory-improving,anti-coagulant,anti-tumor,anti-aging,antidepressant and memory-enhancing effects.The volatile oil in manchurian wildginger and safrole in the oil have certain toxicity.And when used in decoctions,they should be decocted first or for a long time to reduce toxicity and increase efficacy.Manchurian wildginger is acrid,aromatic,warm and dispersing.Therefore,it is contraindicated in patients with qi deficiency and profuse sweating,headache due to yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang,and cough due to yin deficiency or lung heat.Pregnant and lactating women as well as children should use it with caution.This product should not be used with Veratrum.The commonly used clinical dose is 3-40 g.关键词
