Wu Shengxian's experience in treating ischemic stroke from the perspective of"toxin damaging brain collaterals"
摘要
Abstract
Professor Wu Shengxian believes that"toxin damaging brain collaterals"is an important pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.He emphasizes that the treatment process focuses on eliminating"toxic pathogens"as the core principle,with"clearing heat and toxins,promoting blood circulation and unblocking collaterals"as the main therapeutic approach,and the modified Simiao Yongan Decoction is used to treat the disease.Meanwhile,based on modern pathological research,the correlation between hypersensitive C-reactive protein and toxic pathogens is proposed,with elevated hypersensitive C-reactive protein serving as one of the diagnostic bases for the syndrome of toxin damaging brain collaterals.关键词
