Research Progress on the Formation Mechanism and Influencing Factors of Aerobic Granular Sludge
摘要
Abstract
Aerobic granular sludge(AGS)is characterized by high biological activity,effective pollutant removal,and rapid settling velocity,making it a focal point of research for scholars both domestically and internationally.By reviewing relevant literatures,the hypotheses regarding AGS formation,cultivation methods,and influencing factors are summarized.The hypotheses for AGS formation include the four-stage theory hypothesis,the crystal nucleus in-duction hypothesis,the extracellular polymeric substances hypothesis,the filamentous bacteria hypothesis,etc.The cultivation methods for AGS primarily consist of two types:batch flow and continuous flow.Factors influencing the formation of intermittent flow AGS include settling time,feast-famine cycles,hydraulic shear force,inoculated sludge,organic loading,metal ions or carriers,and other influencing factors.Factors affecting the formation of continuous flow AGS comprise reactor configuration,feast-famine conditions,hydraulic retention time,hydraulic shear force,and other influencing factors.关键词
