柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗糖尿病肾脏病经验探析
Exploration of the experience of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang in treating diabetes nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the common clinical microvascular complications in diabetes mellitus patients.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of DKD,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and slow down the progression of the disease through the holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang is derived from"The Treatise on Typhoid Fever",and was originally used to treat Shaoyang disease with internal stagnation of fluid retention.However,it has the efficacy of regulating cold and heat,dredging the sanjiao,and replenishing qi and nourishing yin,whereas patients with DKD exhibit syndrome of intermingled heat and cold and stagnation of sanjiao due to the imbalance of yin and yang in the body,and the dysfunction of qi.Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang can effectively treat common symptoms of DKD patients and alleviate their symptoms.In this paper,the experience of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang in treating diabetic kidney disease is explored through theories of TCM and modern pharmacological research.关键词
