Abstract
When a 600 MW wall-type tangential-fired lignite boiler in a certain power plant is operating at a load of 300 MW,there are significant deviations in the main steam temperature on both sides and in the desuperheating water volume.Through a series of ba-sic tests to research the boiler·s operating status,it analyzes the causes of the steam temperature deviation,and summarizes the most effective adjustment strategies and methods under the existing conditions.According to the deviation of the main steam temperature,it conductes tests on the horizontal swing angle of the overfire air and the secondary air offset respectively in response to the main steam temperature deviation.It adjusts the flue gas heat load to be relatively uniform,thereby reducing the main steam temperature deviation and the desuperheating water volume deviation.Based on the test results,it puts forward reasonable suggestions to provide a reference for boilers with similar problems.关键词
