Abstract

In thermal power generating units,due to the shortage of coal resources,the fuel often deviates from the design value.The fuel with deteriorated quality has a significant impact on the boiler of the unit,which may lead to problems such as the over-tem-perature of the heating surface wall temperature,the deviation of the flue gas temperature,and the excessive amount of desuperheating water.Technicians analyze and judge the main parameters during the operation process,and carry out combustion optimization adjust-ments for typical working conditions to improve the safety and economic efficiency of the boiler operation.Taking a 300 MW subcritical parameters bituminous coal unit in a power plant as an example,it carries out the analysis and corresponding combustion adjustments.The results show that by analyzing the changes in the wall temperature of the heating surface of the rear platen superheater,the devia-tion of the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the turning chamber,and the amount of emergency desuperheating water of the reheater,and at the same time,combining with the situation of leveling the primary air velocity of each coal mill in the coal pulverizing system,the settings of different horizontal swing angles of the SOFA air,and the changes in the opening degree of the perimeter air.It is found that the above factors have a influence on the operation of the boiler.The specific manifestations are as follows:after leveling the pri-mary air velocity of each coal mill,by adjusting the horizontal swing angles of the lower two layers of SOFA air to appropriate positions under low load conditions,the wall temperature of the rear platen superheater decreases significantly,and it controlls the flue gas tem-perature deviation on both sides of the outlets A and B of the turning chamber within a reasonable range.When the load is high,by adjusting the opening degree of the perimeter air of the nozzles on the operating layer to the test opening degree,the amount of desuper-heating water of the reheater decreases to a controllable range.
