中药热奄包联合揿针疗法防治混合痔术后排便困难及并发症100例
Clinical effect of heated herbal compress package combined with press needle in prevention and treatment of difficult defecation and complication after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids:An analysis of 100 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of heated herbal compress package combined with press needle in the prevention and treatment of difficult defecation and complication after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 200 patients who received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for mixed hemorrhoids were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table,with 100 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment after surgery,and those in the treatment group received heated herbal compress package combined with press needle in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of time to first postoperative defecation and defecation score at the time of first post-operative defecation and on days 3 and 7 after surgery,as well as wound pain score,wound bleeding score,wound edge edema score,and wound healing time on days 1,3,and 7 after surgery,and overall response was assessed.Results:Both groups had an overall response rate of 100％,with no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).and compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly shorter time to first postoperative defecation and wound healing time(P＜0.01),Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly better post-operative defecation,wound pain score,and wound bleeding score(P＜0.01),there was no significant difference in wound edge edema score between the two groups(P＞0.05).Over the time of treatment,both groups had a gradual im-provement in defecation(P＜0.05),while wound pain and anal edema first aggravated and then alleviated(P＜0.05);there was a significant improvement in wound bleeding from day 3 to day 7 after surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Heat-ed herbal compress package combined with press needle can effectively improve difficult defecation after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids,alleviate wound pain,reduce bleeding,and shorten wound healing time.关键词
