Progress and Prospects on Application of Molecular Marker Technology in Tea Breeding
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,significant progress has been made in the field of tea breeding thanks to the application of molecular marker technology.This paper briefly introduce the basic principles of several common molecular marker techniques,including restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)technology,random amplified polymorphic marker(RAPD)technology,amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP)technology,simple repeat sequence(SSR)technology,simple repeat interval(ISSR)technology,single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)technology,and insertion/deletion marker(InDel)technology,and systematically review the latest application progress of these techniques in tea plant breeding based on domestic and foreign research results.关键词
