摘要

Abstract

'Fuyu'is a new tea strain selected from the original variety of'Fuding Dabaicha'.The results of the comparative experiment showed that'Fuyu'is an early sprouting strain,with one bud and one leaf stage of spring tea being 3-5 days earlier than'Fuding Dabaicha'(the control),and one bud and two leaf stage being 3-4 days earlier than the control for three consecutive years;The tree radiance and height were 20.87%and 3.41%higher than the control,respectively;The fresh leaf yield of spring tea was 36.29%higher than the control,the fresh leaf yield of summer and autumn tea was 102.57%higher than the control,and the annual fresh leaf yield was 90.59%higher than the control;The water extract and tea polyphenol content were higher than the control,and the cold and drought resistance were stronger than the control.Making green tea has a tight,green with emerald green and exposed pekoe appearance,tender and bright green liquor color,with a tender and fragrant aroma,and a fresh and mellow taste;The comprehensive score of the three-year sensory evaluation is higher than the control,especially in terms of aroma and taste performance.Making black tea has tight and smooth appearance,with a slight hint of golden hair,sweet aroma,and mellow taste.It is a new tea strain suitable for making both green tea and black tea.
