云南南华县地方茶树种质资源生化成分多样性分析
Diversity Analysis of the Biochemical Components of Local Tea Germplasms Resources in Nanhua County,Yunnan

Abstract
To clarify the biochemical diversity of local tea germplasms resources in Nanhua County and explore resources with breeding potential,the biochemical components of 35 local tea germplasms from Nanhua County were detected using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and conventional biochemical methods and,conduct statistical analysis.The results indicated significant biochemical diversity among these resources,with a diversity index ranging from 1.44 to 2.02,an average of 1.85,and an average coefficient of variation of 53.19%;Principal component analysis explained 83.963%of the information;Cluster analysis divided resources into three categories,with Group II having the highest biochemical components content.Fifteen specific resources were selected,including five with low caffeine content(≤1.5%)and ten with high tea polyphenol content(≥25%).Among them,the germplasm resource G6 showed outstanding performance and had significant breeding value.关键词
