3种植物源农药对茶角胸叶甲防效评价
Evaluation of the Control Effect of 3 Plant Derived Pesticides Against Basilepta melanopus

Abstract
Basilipta melanopus has become increasingly serious in tea gardens in southern China,and currently relies mainly on chemical pesticides for prevention and control.However,there is still a lack of effective control methods in organic tea gardens.In this study,indoor experiments was contucted to determine the contact toxicity of agricultural plant spray oil,powder of Tripterygium wilfordii and 0.3%matrine aqueous solution on the adults of Basilepta melanopus,and the field control effect of plant spray oil mixed with Tripterygium wilfordii powder and plant spray oil mixed with matrine against Basilepta melanopus was compared.The result of toxicity test in laboratory showed that the median lethal concentration of plant spray oil and Tripterygium wilfordii powder against the adults of Basilepta melanopus was 1.43 g/L and 7.70 g/L,respectively.The indoor test result showed that the lethal rate of Basilepta melanopus sprayed by 150 times solution of matrine,150 times solution of Tripterygium wilfordii powder and 75 times solution of plant spray oil,75 times solution of plant spray oil mixed with 150 times solution of matrine and 75 times solution of plant spray oil mixed with 150 times solution of Tripterygium wilfordii powder was 65.52%,58.53%,97.79%,100%and 100%,respectively in 48 hours.The results of field spray showed that the mortality rate of Basilepta melanopus in the treatment area of 75 times solution of plant spray oil mixed with 150 times solution of matrine and 75 times solution of plant spray oil mixed with 150 times solution of Tripterygium wilfordii powder reached 100%in 48 hours.The results showed that agricultural plant spray oil had significant synergistic effect with Tripterygium wilfordii powder and matrine,and could effectively control Basilepta melanopus.关键词
