Abstract
Digital textbooks represent an inevitable evolution driven by the practical needs of learners and educators,integrating digital technology into textbooks.Compared to traditional print textbooks,digital textbooks offer distinct functional advantages:abundant and diverse resources,strong bidirectional interactivity,ease of data updates,maintenance and analysis,and the ability to support personalized learning.As education digitalization accelerates,the use of digital textbooks has given rise to various infringement risks,including complex copyright ownership issues stemming from abundant resources,content dissemination infringement risks driven by strong interactivity,privacy dilemmas in data updates,maintenance and analysis,and copyright challenges in personalized learning services.Intellectual property protection of digital textbooks requires improving the legal framework,integrating technological measures,strengthening monitoring and management,and enhancing societal awareness of intellectual property protection in digital textbooks.关键词
