职业教育中高本一体化发展的共生系统与优化路径
Symbiotic System and Optimization Path for the Integrated Development of Secondary,Higher and Undergraduate Level Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
The cross-border,connectivity and cohesion of vocational education drive the symbiotic pattern of the integrated system of secondary,higher and undergraduate level vocational education.Based on symbiosis theory,the symbiotic system of the integrated system of secondary,higher and undergraduate level vocational education is explained from four dimensions:symbiotic unit,symbiotic mode,symbiotic environment,and symbiotic interface.At present,the dilemma of the integrated system of secondary,higher and undergraduate level vocational education is as follows:ill-defined power and responsibility allocation and diverging interest demands lead to the dispersion and disorder of symbiotic units;loosely connected learning stages and virtually integrated production and education lead to the fragmentation and discontinuity of symbiotic mode;the lack of institutional support and misalignment of technical support lead to the maladaptation of the symbiotic environment;limited resource conduction and information interaction lead to the blockage and imbalance of the symbiotic interface.In view of the above difficulties,from the perspective of symbiosis theory,the integrated system of secondary,higher and undergraduate level vocational education should strengthen the symbiotic unit and enhance the subject synergy efficiency;optimize the symbiotic mode and connect the production and education systems across school sections;improve the symbiotic environment by enhancing institutional and technical support;and unblock the symbiotic interface to facilitate the flow of resources and information,thereby providing practical support for the construction of a modern vocational education system.关键词
