国际职业教育数字治理的时代图景与中国方案
The Contemporary Landscape of the International Digital Governance in Vocational Education and the Chinese Solution

Abstract
The deep integration of digital technology and vocational education has transformed international digital governance in the field of vocational education.This governance is characterized by multi-stakeholder participation,including digital governance actions by the UNESCO,the OECD,and the EU,promoting the development of vocational education.While active promotion of this process,several challenges remain:structural contradictions between digital governance frameworks and practical implementation rules,conflicts arising from the unequal distribution of digital resources,and mismatched in operational standards.As an active participant in international digital governance in vocational education,China addresses conceptual conflicts through institutional coordination,optimizes the allocation of educational resources and establishes collaborative mechanisms through structural adaptation,and builds a flexible framework that accommodates differences through consensus-building.This approach offers a Chinese solution for advancing international digital governance and collaborative development in vocational education.关键词
