摘要

Abstract

The construction of a learning society in China has entered a stage of comprehensive advancement,where digital technology serves as both a driving engine and a critical variable in promoting educational reform and learning society development.Educational digitalization integrates digital technology into all levels and processes of education,thereby driving comprehensive innovation and transformation in educational concepts,teaching patterns,organizational forms,learning methods,and evaluation mechanisms.It encompasses a human-object-affair trinity of core elements,with key characteristics manifested in spatial integration,dimensional expansion,and relationship reconstruction.Currently,global lifelong learning exhibits three major trends:lifelong learning is becoming a lifestyle;its participants are diversifying;and its value increasingly emphasizes people's well-rounded development.Educational digitalization provides material and technical support for these shifts,highlights learners's agency,and supplies a driving force for promoting people's well-rounded development.To empower the construction of a learning society through educational digitalization,efforts should focus on the following aspects:leverage digital technology's multiplier effect to expand lifelong learning coverage;advance new digital education infrastructure to consolidate the digital foundation of the learning society;enhance the level of digital empowerment to improve learning cities'quality and efficiency;strengthen the application of digital and intelligent technologies to promote lifelong education scenarios;accelerate the establishment of a national digital university to explore new organizational forms;implement teacher digital empowerment to enhance digital literacy and skills;and promote digital education going aboard to boost international influence.
