Abstract
Electrified highways supply electric energy in real time to heavy trucks through overhead contact systems installed on both sides of the roadway.Interactions between these overhead contact systems and vehicle-mounted bipolar pantographs are identified as the core factor affecting the current collection quality of these systems.Particularly,current collection stability is significantly affected by wind speeds in specific environments.Based on a model established to calculate dynamic vibrations between bipolar pantographs and bipolar catenaries under wind loads,this paper analyzes the influence patterns of wind speeds on the dynamic current collection performance of the pantograph-catenary systems.The results were further analyzed and verified using data from the first electrified highway test section in China.The verification results indicate that higher wind speeds increase catenary deflection,leading to greater contact force fluctuations,while wind directions exert a decisive effect on the magnitude of catenary deflection.The effects of wind speeds on the lateral and vertical displacements of the left and right bipolar pantographs are approximately consistent.Under wind conditions at 30 m/s,the wind deflection of catenaries reaches up to 23%of the pantograph pan length,increasing the probability of pantograph scraping accidents.Therefore,the span and stagger of overhead contact systems need to be designed to account for these effects.This study provides a reference for further optimizing the design of overhead contact systems in terms of tension and planar parameters to improve current collection quality of the pantograph-catenary systems for electrified highways.关键词
