Abstract
With the rapid development of more electric aircraft(MEA),for the aircraft secondary power module serving as the core module for electrical energy conversion and distribution,There are three key challenges to be resolved:dynamic adaptation to a high-voltage wide-input range,stable operation in extreme temperature environments,and high power density within compact dimensions.The author proposes a dual-stage topology combining BUCK and LLC full-bridge circuits.Key parameters,specifically,the inductor in the BUCK circuit and the resonant tank in the LLC full-bridge circuit,are designed and simulated.The module adopts a dual-board interleaved configuration confined to a half-brick size 2.5 in×2.4 in×0.5 in(1 in≈2.54 cm)and is encapsulated with thermally conductive adhesive within a metal housing.Test demonstrates that the prototype achieves wide input voltage(180~425 V)and broad temperature tolerance(-55 ℃~+100 ℃)while maintaining stability and reliability.The power density reaches 266 W/in3(1 in≈2.54 cm).关键词
