Abstract
Under the overarching national strategy of developing Internet technology,the development of digital twin basins and smart water conservancy management is progressively empowering the informatization of basin water conservancy.Currently,the construction of data platforms in key areas of river basins is an important foundation for realizing the development of digital twin basins.The development bottlenecks in the data platform construction include the lack of data or equipment support in regional areas for simulating underwater terrain techniques and seamless integration technology for dry-wet boundaries.Based on multi-source measurement data,we proposed an underwater terrain fitting construction method combining sectional encryption with differential interpolation.This method had been successfully applied to the digital twin construction projects of Wanjiazhai and Xiaolangdi,which could provide technical support and solutions for the construction of digital twin water conservancy projects.关键词
