摘要

Abstract

Machine vision in robot welding can visualize the entire welding process and has advantages such as high scan-ning accuracy,fast detection speed,and good scene adaptability.By combing the programmability and digital application of welding robots to improve the flexibility of the robot body and enhance the scene adaptability of welding robots.The re-search progress of intelligent welding robots based on machine vision for the entire welding process,including pre weld seam recognition,welding seam tracking,melt pool detection,and post weld defect detection were summarized.The practi-cal application of machine vision in different welding scenarios such as arc welding,laser welding,and resistance point welding robots,and elaborates on the welding application effects of machine vision under different algorithms and visual hardware were also analyzed.Finally,the future applications of machine vision in the field of robot welding were given,in-cluding the combination of virtual technology and visual cameras,optimization of welding image processing algorithms,construction of multi robot collaborative welding platforms,fusion of diverse sensor information,and autonomous learning optimization of welding parameters.
