摘要

Abstract

The material of a certain type of engine secondary turbine guide apparatus is a Russian-made nickel-based cast su-peralloy,which is similar to the domestic brand K412.In this paper,the evolution of the material properties of the secondary turbine guide apparatus with different service life periods is studied by means of metallographic,high-temperature tensile and thermal shock,as well as the welding repair method for secondary turbine guide apparatus cracks combined with solid solution heat treatment.The results show that the number of cracks generated by the secondary turbine guide apparatus dur-ing the 1500 h service period is small,and the material mechanics and process properties are well maintained,and the micro-cracks on the surface of the secondary turbine guide apparatus can be successfully repaired by TIG welding.The number of cracks in the service period of 2500 h is large,the matrix material is aging,the mechanical properties are obviously reduced,and the fusion welding performance is poor,and the direct TIG welding without solution treatment is easy to cause new cracks,and the more times of TIG welding,the easier it is to increase the probability of welding cracks and increase the diffi-culty of repair.Vacuum brazing or solution treatment with TIG welding can be used to repair the cracks of the secondary tur-bine guide apparatus during the service life of 2500 h.
