Abstract
The microgrid needs a communication network to control the internal"source-storage-load"equipment unit to realize the main distribution and microgrid hierarchical and hierarchical coordinated control.The distance between each unit is close and has high density,so it is suitable for building communication systems using wireless mesh networks(WMNs)technology.The delay of WMNs is highly correlated with the communication network topology,and changing the network topology will affect the real-time nature of the communication system.In response to the delay optimization problem of microgrid communication network,this paper proposes a solution based on multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm.First,a microgrid communication network model is constructed,and a reward function design method is proposed based on the distance method of good and inferior solutions.Secondly,an interactive enhanced multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient(IEMADDPG)reinforcement learning algorithm is proposed,which improves the perception range of the agent by introducing multiple rounds of state information interaction,and enhances the agent's processing ability of the agent to interact based on the self-attention architecture.Finally,experimental verification is carried out.Experimental results show that compared with existing algorithms,the proposed method can optimize communication delays in a limited time by adjusting the network topology and has good robustness.关键词
