摘要

Abstract

Tantalum is a refractory metal with excellent corrosion resistance,good machinability and weldability,but its re-fining process is complicated and the production cost is high.The composite with dissimilar metals can not only save pro-duction costs,but also make the material structure lightweight.Stainless steel is a widely used structural material,its chemi-cal properties and comprehensive properties are good.Due to the commonality of tantalum and stainless steel in some key properties,it is extremely important to combine them.However,due to the strength and corrosion resistance of the welded joints of the two are often not ideal,welding safe and high-quality composite components has become a common problem in the world.In view of this problem,this paper reviews the study of researchers at home and abroad in recent years on the in-troduction of intermediate layer materials as transition media to improve the joint properties between tantalum and stainless steel,and obtains the influence of different welding processes on the properties and application occasions of tantalum and stainless steel welded joint,and puts forward the improvement methods of related technologies and welding processes.The future research direction of adding intermediate layer in the welding of tantalum and stainless steel is prospected,which pro-vides certain technical support and theoretical guidance for the wide application of tantalum and stainless steel composite components,and promotes the development and progress of related fields.
