Preparation of 2Cr13 Coatings by Electro-explosive Spraying of Filaments on the Inner Wall of Tubes
摘要
Abstract
In view of the damage caused by the inner wall of small diameter pipelines due to the transport of substances,in-dependently developed a set of pipe wall wire electro-explosive spraying device,can be sprayed on the inner surface of the pipe fittings with an inner diameter of 40 mm or more,and can achieve automatic replacement of the explosive groove.In the diameter of 50 mm oil and gas field special carbon steel pipe inner surface electro-explosive spraying test,the prepara-tion of 2Cr13 coating.The characteristics of the prepared 2Cr13 coating were tested and analysed,and it was found that the metallurgical bonding interface was formed between the coating and the substrate;the coating was a typical nano-crystalline structure;the hardness of the coating was 320.5 HV;the coefficient of friction of the coating was lower than the substrate,and the coating had a better abrasion resistance;the coating's self-corrosion potential was higher than the substrate,and the self-corrosion current density was lower than the substrate,and it had a better corrosion resistance performance.关键词
