嗜水气单胞菌毒力基因及其耐药性分析
Analysis of Virulence Gene and Drug Resistance of Aeromonas Hydrophila

Abstract
In order to understand the distribution of virulence factors of A.hydrophila and its drug resistance phe-notype,102 animal samples and 15 water environment samples were collected in this study,and A.hydrophila was isolated,cultured and identified.Subsequently,five virulence genes of ear,alt,hly,lip and act were determined by PCR,and the sensitivity of A.hydrophila to 10 drugs such as cefotaxime,ceftriaxone and ofloxacin was determined by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method.The results showed that 116 A.hydrophila from fish,43 A.hydrophila from frog,11 A.hydrophila from snake and 16 A.hydrophila from water were isolated from 117 samples.The positive detection rate of virulence gene act was the highest(73.65%),followed by ear(65.59%),and the most common virulence genotype was ear+hly+act,and 75.81%of A.hydrophila carried at least three or more viru-lence genes.All 186 strains of A.hydrophila were resistant to two or more antibiotics,the multiple resistance rate was 100%,the MAR index was 0.2-0.9,and the"AMX+AMP+VA+GEN"resistance type was the most com-mon.Comprehensive analysis of drug resistance phenotypes and virulence genotypes showed that 75.61%(31/41)of A.hydrophila carried 3 or more virulence genes among 41 strains with MAR index≥0.7.The research results showed that A.hydrophila was common in samples from different sources,and showed various combinations of virulence factors and widespread multi-drug resistance.关键词
