超声引导下经心尖穿刺酒精消融兔室间隔的实验研究
Study of Echocardiography Guided Percutaneous Intramyocardial Alcohol Ablation of Ventricular Septum via Apical Access of Rabbit in Vivo

Abstract
To establish the methods of echocardiography guided percutaneous intramyocardial alcohol abla-tion of ventricular septum via apical access in rabbits,and to evaluate the changes of left ventricular(LV)structure,ejection fraction,hemodynamics and segmental longitudinal strain(LS)before and after injection using echocardiography.Twelve healthy pure New Zealand white rabbits were enrolled into two groups randomly,group A(alcohol 0.3ml,n=6)and group B(saline0.3ml,n=6).Compared to the baseline con-dition,the average excursion of ventricular septum in M-mode were significant increased in group A,there were no significant changes of others conventional echocardiographic parameters were no(P>0.05)in group A and group B.Compared to the baseline condition,there were significant decrease of segmental LS in anterior basal septum、anterior mid-septum、posterior mid-septum and apical segment of LV.After in-tramyocardial injection of alcohol,the ventricular septal a filling defect showed at the exact location of in-jection in group A with a clear boundary,and without filling defect and clear borderline in group B.Echo-cardiography guided percutaneous echocardiography-guided percutaneous intramyocardial alcohol ablation of ventricular septum via apical access in rabbit alcohol ablation of ventricular septum via apical access in rabbit could be performed successful,and which might decrease ventricular septal movement and myocardi-al strain,and no obvious effect on the global ventricular systolic function and hemodynamics of left ventri-cle.Myocardial contrast echocardiography could be used to assess the extent of echocardiography-guided percutaneous intramyocardial alcohol ablation of ventricular septum via apical access in rabbit alcohol abla-tion.关键词
