基于平稳与非平稳模型的台风湍流风场参数特征研究
Research on statistical parameters of turbulent wind fields based on stationary and nonstationary models

Abstract
There exist so many approaches to extract the time-varying mean of nonstationary wind speeds un-der the nonstationary wind speed model,such as the wavelet transform and empirical model decomposition.These approaches yield different fluctuating wind components,resulting in significant differences in related wind parameters of fluctuating wind speeds(e.g.,turbulence intensity,turbulence integral length scale,and wind spectrum).This paper establishes a quantitative mapping relationship between the statistical parameters of the stationary and nonstationary wind speed models.Through theoretical derivation,it is obtained:①turbu-lence intensity correlation equation I2us(t)≅ I2(U)(t)+I2un(t),which proves that the turbulence intensity of the nonsta-tionary model is lower than that of the stationary model;②energy conservation criterion of the turbulence inte-gral scale σ2HLH+σ2un Lun≅σ2us Lus;③superposition theorem of power spectral density Sus(f)=SH(f)+Sun(f),revealing that the energy density of the fluctuating component of the nonstationary model in the 0-0.01 Hz fre-quency band is significantly reduced.The wind speed data recorded during Typhoon Saola from August 31 to September 2,2023,are analyzed to validate the derived relationships.This study provides a quantifiable pa-rameter conversion framework for the modeling of the nonstationary wind field of typhoons.关键词
