革兰氏阳性菌外囊泡在宿主细胞炎症中的促炎和抗炎作用
The Dual Role of Gram-positive Extracellular Vesicles in Host Cell Inflammation
摘要
Abstract
Extracellular vesicles(EVs),as important mediators of communication between bacteria and host cells, play a key role in regulating host immune responses by delivering bioactive molecules.Currently, more studies have been conducted on EVs from Gram-negative bacteria and eukaryotic cells, with a more in-depth understanding of their structures, compositions and functions, whereas the mechanisms of host-host interactions of Gram-positive bacterial EVs and their immunomodulatory roles are still relatively un-derstudied.This paper reviews the biogenesis of Gram-positive bacterial EVs and the key bacterial compo-nents they carry, and provides insights into their dual role in the host's cellular inflammatory response. It provides not only a new theoretical perspective for elucidating microbe-host interactions, but also an impor-tant theoretical basis for the development of EV-based therapeutic strategies for inflammatory diseases.关键词
