摘要
Abstract
A 7-year-old female spayed domestic long-hair cat was presented to the Veterinary Teaching Hos-pital of China Agricultural University with decreased activity and anorexia.Ultrasound displayed an intesti-nal mass and unclear stratification of intestinal wall in the mass.Abdominal exploration revealed"thicken-ing of intestinal wall from ileum to colon",and intestinal resection and anastomosis was performed.The tumor excised during the operation was sampled by fine needle aspiration and detected positive for feline coronavirus(FCoV)by RT-PCR.The histopathological diagnosis of this mass was purulent granulomatous inflammation.The cat received daily injection of GS441524 two months after surgery,and the prognosis was good.关键词
