"双碳"背景下PDGP研究生创新人才培养体系构建

Abstract
As the most important national energy strategy at this stage,carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are characterized by a diverse portfolio of disciplines,a rich variety of topics and a diversity of energy forms.Therefore,it poses a serious challenge to traditional postgraduate training mode,and there is an urgent need to establish a new postgraduate talent training system,improve the target orientation and strategic leadership,and realize the precise alignment of postgraduate training with the strategic goal of"carbon peaking and neutrality".Therefore,the PDGP(Project-Discipline-Group-Postgraduate)training model is proposed,i.e.to build a cross-scale training system of"Project-Discipline-Group-Postgraduate".A comprehensive training model has been formed based on the construction of the curriculum system,with the linkage mechanism within the Harbin Institute of Technology as the hub,the construction of dual platforms for extracurricular practice and innovative development as the key lever,and"carbon peaking and neutrality"ideological and political education as the spiritual core.关键词
