摘要

Abstract

In response to the mismatch between the cultivation of engineering management talents and industry demands under the"dual carbon"goals,this paper proposes an innovative talent training system that deeply integrates Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and Problem-Based Learning(PBL).By centering on the"dual carbon"-oriented training objectives,reconstructing the curriculum,innovating teaching methods,and strengthening practical teaching,the system can comprehensively enhance students'overall capabilities in low-carbon technology application,carbon emission management,and interdisciplinary collaboration.Practice has shown that this system effectively fosters students'innovation and practical abilities.It also provides a referential pathway for aligning engineering management education with the needs of the"dual carbon"strategy and contributes to the advancement of professional education reform and low-carbon transition in the industry.
