"双碳"目标驱动下OBE与PBL融合的工程管理创新人才培养体系构建

Abstract
In response to the mismatch between the cultivation of engineering management talents and industry demands under the"dual carbon"goals,this paper proposes an innovative talent training system that deeply integrates Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and Problem-Based Learning(PBL).By centering on the"dual carbon"-oriented training objectives,reconstructing the curriculum,innovating teaching methods,and strengthening practical teaching,the system can comprehensively enhance students'overall capabilities in low-carbon technology application,carbon emission management,and interdisciplinary collaboration.Practice has shown that this system effectively fosters students'innovation and practical abilities.It also provides a referential pathway for aligning engineering management education with the needs of the"dual carbon"strategy and contributes to the advancement of professional education reform and low-carbon transition in the industry.关键词
