普通本科高校向应用型转型中校企合作的实践探索

Abstract
With the steady development of higher education in China,local ordinary universities are experiencing a trend of application-oriented transformation.At present,the main difficulty faced by application-oriented undergraduate universities in the process of professional construction is the structural shortage of professional faculty.The transformation of existing professional teachers is one of the key links in the application oriented transformation of universities.This article takes the exploration of the school enterprise cooperation teaching model in the process of professional teacher application transformation in local ordinary colleges as an example,summarizes the experience.These experiences could provide new ideas for further deepening the school enterprise cooperation in the future,supporting the integration,complementarity,and mutual benefit of school enterprise personnel.At the same time,it lays a foundation for future school--enterprise cooperation,relying on engineering projects for school enterprise cooperation teaching,and cultivating students'ability to solve complex engineering problems.关键词
