新时代高校教师党支部"一核四驱"建设模式探索与实践

Abstract
The Party branch of college teachers is a grassroots organization that implements the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing talents.Strengthening the construction of the Party branch of college teachers in the new era is the cornerstone of Party building work in colleges and universities.The paper proposes a"one core and four drives"working model for the Party branch of college teachers,with political construction as the core and talent cultivation,scientific research,cultural heritage,and social service as the four driving axes.It also proposes a five-dimensional Party building method with strong motivation,expanding content,building platforms,optimizing environment,and cultivating pioneers as the content,and explores and practices innovative paths for Party building work.关键词
