Comparative Study of CT Perfusion Imaging and Color Doppler Ultrasound in Interventional Therapy for Chronic Lower Limb Ischemia with Acute Thrombosis

Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of CT perfusion imaging(CTPI)and color Doppler ultrasound(CDFI)in the interventional treatment of chronic lower limb ischemia(CLLI)complicated by acute thrombosis.Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed with CLLI complicated by acute thrombosis in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the CTPI group(50 patients)and the CDFI group(50 patients).The surgical duration,intraoperative blood loss,short-term patency rate,reoperation rate,amputation rate,lower limb blood flow velocity,postoperative complications,ankle-brachial index(ABI),claudication distance,and long-term outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgical duration and intraoperative blood loss in the CTPI group were significantly lower than those in the CDFI group(P<0.05).The lower limb blood flow velocity,ABI,and claudication distance significantly increased in both groups before and after surgery.However,there were no significant differences in the short-term patency rate,reoperation rate,amputation rate,lower limb blood flow velocity,complications,ABI,claudication distance,or long-term outcomes between the two groups after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:CTPI-guided surgery offers higher precision,but the two techniques have comparable impacts on patients in terms of short-term efficacy and long-term outcomes.Therefore,the surgical plan should be selected based on clinical judgment.关键词
