规律体位疗法联合中药熏洗对新生儿病理性黄疸的影响
Effect of regular posture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on neonatal pathological jaundice

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of regular posture therapy combined with herbal fumigation in neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods:A total of 100 children with pathological jaundice admitted to Nankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given regular postural therapy combined with herbal fumigation.The differences of serum total bilirubin(TBiL)value,skin jaundice regression time and complications between the two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in TBiL values between the two groups(P＞0.05);after the intervention,the TBiL value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.001);the time for skin jaundice to subside and the length of hospital stay of the children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Regular body position therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively reduce the bilirubin level in children with neonatal pathological jaundice,shortening the time of skin jaundice and hospital stay,and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
