大学生自悯与抑郁的关系:负面评价恐惧的中介作用
The relationship between self-compassion and depression among college students:the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between self-compassion and depression among college students,and to explore the mediating role of negative evaluation fear between the two.Methods:Taking 600 college students from a medical university in Ganzhou as the research subjects,data was collected using the self-compassion scale and Center for Epidemiological Survey,Depression(CES-D)and the simple negative evaluation fear scale,and data processing was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:⑴Self-compassion was significantly negatively correlated with depression and negative evaluation fear(P＜0.01).Fear of negative evaluation was significantly positively correlated with depression(P＜0.01).⑵Self-compassion could directly predict depression negatively(β=-0.116,t=-8.52,P＜0.001,95%CI:-0.143--0.089);⑶Self-compassion could negatively predict negative evaluation fear(β=-0.411,t=-17.80,P＜0.001,95%CI:-0.320--0.229),negative evaluation of fear can positively predict depression(β=0.103,t=5.05,P＜0.01,95%CI:0.014-0.094),self-compassion negatively evaluated the mediating effect of fear on depression significantly(β=-0.042,t=-2.540,P＜0.001,95%CI:-0.075--0.011),and the mediating effect accounted for 26.58%of the total effect.Conclusion:Fear of negative evaluation partially mediated the relationship between self-compassion and depression among college students.Enhancing self-compassion and reducing excessive fear of negative evaluation may serve as effective strategies for preventing and alleviating depressive symptoms.关键词
