Abstract
Objective:To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for nutritional management of patients with alcoholic liver disease,providing evidence-based guidance for clinical healthcare workers in the nutritional management of these patients.Methods:Following the"6S"evidence-based model,a systematic search was conducted in databases such as UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,PubMed,and CNKI from top to bottom.Studies on nutritional management of alcoholic liver disease published up to February 1,2025 were included,covering clinical decisions,evidence summaries,guidelines,expert consensuses,and systematic reviews in both Chinese and English.Researchers trained in evidence-based nursing screened and evaluated the quality of the literature to determine the final included articles,extracting and summarizing the evidence content.Results:A total of 17 articles were included,covering five themes and 36 pieces of evidence,including multidisciplinary team and personalized nutritional management,nutritional risk screening and assessment,principles of nutritional support,methods of nutritional support,and health education and follow-up management.Conclusion:This article summarizes the best evidence for nutritional management of patients with alcoholic liver disease,providing theoretical guidance for healthcare workers to standardize nutritional management.In practice,individualized nutritional management plans can be developed for patients based on specific clinical situations.关键词
