高产优质耐阴大豆新品种黔豆16的选育与应用
Breeding and Application of a New Soybean Variety Qiandou 16 with High-yield,High-quality and Shade Tolerant

Abstract
[Objective]The new soybean variety with high-yield,high-quality,disease resistance and good adaptability to mountainous ecological environment was bred to provide the important variety support for soybean production in Guizhou and the similar ecological regions.[Method]The new soybean variety with high-yield,high-quality and shade tolerant was bred from the cross combination of Qiandou 86-6242(♀)×Leishan Xiaohuangdou(♂)by using a pedigree breeding method after 12 generations.[Result]The average yield of the new bred soybean variety was 2 646.93 kg/hm2 and 2 539.88 kg/hm2 in Guizhou soybean regional trails in 2019 and 2020,8.18%and 8.41%higher than CK(Qiandou 7)respectively.The average yield of the new bred soybean variety was 2200.67 kg/hm2 in Guizhou soybean production trial in 2020,3.51%higher than Qiandou 7.The new bred soybean variety was approved by Guizhou Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2022(Approval No.:Qianshendou 20220004)and named as Qiandou 16.The average growth period,plant height,100-grain weight,intact grain rate,average crude protein content,crude fat content and total protein and fat content of Qiandou 16 with compact plant type,oval grain,yellow seed coat,light brown hilum and brownness pod were 112.4 d,47.91 cm,17.25 g,94.65%,42.48%,20.73%and 63.21%respectively,which indicated that Qiandou 16 could be identified as the quality soybean variety with high protein and fat content.[Conclusion]Qiandou 16 is featured with high yield,strong adaptability,resistance to soybean mosaic virus,high protein and fat content,which is suitable for multi-cultivation patterns of mono-cropping,intercropping with tall crops,and interplanting with fruit trees.关键词
