顶坛花椒正常雌花与异常雄花植株枝条-根系-土壤养分特征研究
Study on Characteristics of Branch-root-soil Nutrients from Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dintanensis Plants with Normal Pistillate Flowers and Abnormal Staminate Flowers

Abstract
[Objective]The nutrient content characteristics of branches,roots and soil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum var.dintanensis plants with normal pistillate flowers(Np)and abnormal staminate flowers(Ap)were studied to provide references for effectively utilizing the nutrients of Z.bungeanum var.dintanensis and protecting artificial forests in the karst rocky desertification area.[Method]9-12-year old Z.planispinum var.dintanensis were used as the research materials to explore the nutrient content characteristic among the branches,roots of Z.planispinum var.dintanensis and soil and their internal relationships,as well as analyze the coupling relationship between nutrient characteristics of the plant-soil system and plant degradation.[Result]The contents of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus in the rhizosphere soil of Np were generally higher than those of Ap,while the contents of calcium and magnesium were generally lower than those of Ap.The nitrogen and calcium content of branches in March,soluble sugar of branches in May,starch of branches in August,nitrogen content of roots in March and August,phosphorus and potassium content of roots in August,starch of roots in January and May of Np were higher than those of Ap,which increased by 39.76%and 57.83%,73.29%,57.57%,34.80%and 71.71%,95.89%and 98.87%,105.82%and 77.91%,respectively.There was a extremely significant positive correlation between soil potassium content and root starch content in Np,with the correlation coefficient of 0.99;and a significant positive correlation with root potassium content,with the correlation coefficient of 0.96.Soil magnesium was significantly negatively correlated with nitrogen content and starch content in branches,with both the correlation coefficients of-0.99.There was a significant negative correlation between phosphorus in soil and soluble sugar in branch content of Ap,with the correlation coefficient of-0.98.[Conclusion]In karst rocky desertification region,declining Z.planispinum var.dintanensis plants with staminate flowers exhibit significantly lower nutrient content in branches and roots during certain growth periods compared to plants with nornal pistillate flowers.This trait may facilitate resource conservation and enhance their adaptation to rocky desertification habitats.关键词
