摘要

Abstract

Kaolin,as an important non-metallic mineral resource,has significant applications in both traditional and emerging fields due to its unique structure and physicochemical properties.This article systematically summarized the research status of kaolin purification processes,including re-election,magnetic separation,flotation,roasting,acid leaching bleaching,and biological methods,and explored the advantages and disadvantages of each process as well as the potential for their combined application.On this basis,the innovative applications of kaolin in high-performance composite materials,porous molecular sieves,biomedicine,and energy storage fields were analyzed,demonstrating its multifunctionality and development prospects in environmental protection,energy,medicine,and other fields.In the future,research should focus on the nanoscale treatment and functional modification of kaolin,promoting its applica-tion in high value-added industries,while combining green technology and policy support to achieve sustainable deve-lopment.
