新能源电量占比50%的区域电力系统"量率协同"研究:基于青海省域的实践
Coordination Between Utilization Rate and Generation Proportion of Regional Power System With 50% of Renewable Energy Generation Penetration Based on Practices of Qinghai Province

Abstract
The utilization rate of renewable energy and the proportion of power generation are important indicators for evaluating the healthy development of renewable energy.Achieving coordination between utilization rate and generation proportion is an important goal when constructing a new-type power system.This paper extracts the characteristics of renewable energy consumption,analyzes the balancing mechanism of renewable energy,and proposes an analysis model of renewable energy coordination between utilization rate and generation proportion.Summarized the practical experience of Qinghai Province,where the proportion of renewable energy power generation has exceeded 50%,including renewable energy resources,penetration rate,system load rate,reserve capacity rate,and regulation rate.Taking this as an inspiration,this paper targeting the 2030 development plan of Northwest China,conducts relevant analyses on the changes of renewable energy coordination between utilization rate and generation proportion under different wind-photovoltaic power generation ratios,under different regulation capabilities of interconnection lines,and under different targets of renewable energy coordination between utilization rate and generation proportion,to provide reference which promote coordination between utilization rate and generation proportion for regional power grid.关键词
