摘要

Abstract

A two-stage FR model for a CHP plant with energy storage is constructed based on the Frequency Regulation(FR)capability of traditional Combined Heat and Power(CHP)units.It explores the FR performance improvement of the CHP plant in the ancillary services market of Northeast China through the model.Considering that the FR sub-indicators(K1,K2,K3)of the power plant are coupled and there are no comprehensive indicators in the Northeast China market,the optimization object of the first stage is that all the sub-indicators meet the standards.Then,the electrical output curve of the plant is obtained,which is one of the constraints of the second-stage optimization dispatch model.Based on the analysis of simulation examples,the two-stage FR optimization strategy not only ensures that each FR sub-indicator is close to the required standards but also considers the operational economy and sustainability of the system of CHP units and energy storage.It provides an effective model for optimizing the operation of CHP enterprises.
