卢氏桂枝葛根汤贴敷结合中医定向透药疗法治疗肾虚腰痛的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of LU's Guizhi Gegen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-oriented drug transdermal therapy in the treatment of lumbago with kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with kidney deficiency-type lumbago who received outpatient treatment at Wujing Community Health Service Center in Minhang District,Shanghai,from October 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oral diclofenac sodium dual-release enteric-coated capsules,while the observation group additionally received LU's Guizhi Gegen Decoction in the form of a medicated cake applied to the Shenshu(BL23)acupoint,along with TCM-oriented drug transdermal therapy using a penetration device.After two weeks of treatment,the degree of pain relief and improvement in quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After two weeks of treatment,VAS scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the control group.JOA scores increased in both groups compared with baseline,and the observation group had significantly higher scores than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of NSAIDs with LU's Guizhi Gegen Decoction and TCM-oriented drug transdermal therapy is more effective than NSAIDs alone in the treatment of lumbago due to kidney deficiency.This combined approach can effectively relieve pain and improve quality of life.关键词
