摘要
Abstract
With the intensifying trend of population aging, the incidence of ischemic stroke is increasing annually.Acupuncture therapy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can effectively improve sequelae such as hemiplegia and dysarthria.Hui medicine,as an important component of TCM,holds that the brain serves as the"governing source of all vessels"and"in charge of awareness and movement"and places emphasis on the relationship between the brain and the four humors in terms of circulation, metabolism, and nourishment. It offers unique insights into the understanding and treatment of ischemic stroke.Based on traditional acupuncture theory in TCM,this study adopts the"brain meridian needling therapy",inspired by the"brain meridian moxibustion therapy"recorded in the Hui Hui Yao Fang, and combines it with the needling of specific acupoints such as Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongwan(CV12),and Zusanli(ST36).This approach aims to dredge the brain meridians, promote blood circulation and remove obstructions, strengthen the spleen to eliminate phlegm, and tonify qi to support healthy qi.The treatment has shown promising result in clinical practice.A representative case is presented to provide a reference for primary healthcare practitioners.关键词
