摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,of which giant ulcerative breast cancer is characterized by a tumor diameter larger than 5 cm,extensive infiltration in the skin or chest wall,and persistent ulcerating and exudate secretion,seriously affecting the health and life of patients.This paper reports a case of giant ulcerative breast cancer.In the past 5 years,this case was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and recovered well after surgery,which suggested that surgery should be performed as far as possible for giant ulcerative breast cancer.If radical surgical resection cannot be performed directly,integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine before surgery is a primary choice for controlling the progression of the disease.It is suggested that surgery should be performed as early as possible and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine should be adopted to promote recovery after surgery.关键词
