老年脑梗死患者症状负担调查及影响因素分析
Analysis of symptom burden of cerebral infarction in the elderly and related influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the symptom burden of senile cerebral infarction and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods A total of 174 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of the PLA Air Force Medical University from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected.The symptom burden scale for stroke patients was used to investigate the study objects,and the related factors affecting the symptom burden of cerebral infarction in the elderly were analyzed by multiple linear regression model.Results The average score of symptom intensity of 174 elderly patients with cerebral infarction was(1.94±0.55)points,the average score of symptom frequency was(2.15±3.67)points,the average score of symptom distress was(1.69±0.58)points,and the total average score of symptom burden was(1.93±0.58)points.Body and self-care ability(2.52±0.58)and abnormal gait(2.21±0.58)were the two dimensions of higher symptom burden in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.There were differences in symptom burden scores of elderly cerebral infarction patients with different ages,educational levels,family monthly income,spouse status,medical payment methods,number of chronic diseases,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores(P<0.05).Age,education level,family monthly income,spouse status,medical payment method,number of chronic diseases,and PSQI score were the influencing factors for the symptom burden of elderly patient with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with cerebral infarction have a heavy symptom burden.Advanced age,low education level,low monthly family income,no spouse,self-paying,many kinds of chronic diseases and poor sleep quality are the influencing factors for the aggravation of the symptom burden of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Clinically,we should focus on this kind of people to help them reduce the symptom burden.关键词
