密集型银质针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展
Research Progress in Dense Silver Needle Therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要
Abstract
This study reviews the articles related to dense silver needle therapy for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)that were published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,and other databases over the past 20 years.The results show that dense silver needle therapy demonstrates definite clinical effects in the treatment of LDH,with long-lasting efficacy,helping patients to quickly resume work and daily life.Dense silver needle therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment with distinctive characteristics,offering unique advantages compared with other TCM therapies.It has been shown to ameliorate local inflammatory responses,muscle spasms,and pain associated with LDH.Although clinical studies on dense silver needle therapy for LDH have yielded promising results,in-depth research is still needed to provide new perspectives for the clinical treatment of this condition.关键词
